JULY 4 VIP PV & LAUNCH OF DEBUT ARTISTS OF TOMORROW

Wednesday 4 July it's finally happening: the launch of Debut Artists Of Tomorrow in our gallery! Selected from hundreds of art school students across London this year from Foundation through to PHD year, 7 Debut Artist of Tomorrow Awards will be presented: one artist in each category.

The launch of the inaugural Debut Contemporary Art School Awards is in collaboration with successful US-based brand TOMS. We are offering students the opportunity to get ahead of the game before they graduate and win receive £10,000 in kind as the Debut Artist of Tomorrow entailing a 12 month programme as a Debut Artist including receiving 1-2-1 mentoring and professional development led by their team of industry experts coupled with a number of complimentary prizes from likeminded businesses including Fluff PR, jotta, The Shape Of and Artists' Collecting Society. The winner will also receive £1,000 to create a commission piece for the Debut Contemporary collection.

On the night we are joined by local Michelin Star Olympic Chef, Nicola Batavia, warmly welcoming guests with a special dish created for the evening, decorated in collaboration by artist Carne Griffiths (recently commissioned by Rankin for Hunger Magazine and by HK luxury retailer JOYCE for a collection of metal eggs) from the Debut Contemporary window space. There will be cocktails from the ethical FAIR. Spirits and DJ Rhythm Doctor who had the Billboard hit 'Feel Real' will be playing throughout the evening.
