The Debut Contemporary team is committed to helping you own amazing art that you love so we want you to be entirely happy with your order.
We offer every customer a 7 day no risk money back guarantee on your order (apart from the cost of return). You will only need to cover the cost of the return of any artwork you purchase from.
IF YOUR ARTWORK ARRIVES DAMAGED AND YOU WANT A REPLACEMENT
Debut Contemporary works hard with its partners to ensure that every print is sent to you in perfect condition but occasionally we know that things can get lost or damaged.
We ask every customer to inspect their artwork on arrival to check for any flaws in the print or frame so please keep all of the original packaging and authenticity certificates until you are happy that you are going to keep the print. We cannot accept prints back unless they are in their original packaging.
In the unlikely event that there is a problem, please email photos of the damage to email@example.com quoting your order number and using the subject line ‘Damaged Artwork’ and state whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund.
We will arrange a courier to pick up your re-packaged artwork and will then email you with the details of when the pick-up will occur.
Please print out the returns label from the email we send to you and hand it to your courier or affix it to the side of your package. Note that our courier will make one attempt to pick up your package, after which it will be your responsibility and cost to return the package to the address that we provide in the email.
If you have requested a refund, we will credit your original payment mechanism within 7 days of confirmation of receiving your returned artwork.
Alternatively, if you have requested a replacement then we will ship you your new artwork as soon as we have confirmed receipt of the original piece. Transit times will be the same as detailed in your original order.
Please note that the majority of our prints are limited editions and their stock is restricted in number. Whilst we do everything we can to issue you with a replacement, occasionally the print edition will have run out. In this situation, we can offer you a full refund or store credit note so that you can choose another piece of art.
If your decide that your artwork is not for you for any reason, then simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number stating that you would like to return your artwork for a full refund and send us the artwork back. As soon as we have received it, we will refund you within 3 days of receipt.
Please print out the returns label from the email we send to you and affix to the side of your package. It is your responsibility and cost to return the package to the address that we provide in the email.
