We are thrilled to announce that Debut Contemporary’s Founder Samir Ceric won a prestigious industry award H100.Club as one of top 10 visionaries, pioneers and innovators in art and design and top 100 in the creative industry organised every year by the Hospital Club and the Guardian Culture Professionals Network. Ceric won the award being in an incredibly strong category that included the best of art, design, photography and architecture alongside the likes of Tate, V&A, Nick Knight’s Show Studios, Richard Rogers, Isaac Julien and Mike Nelson, the Turner Prize nominees, the Fine Art Society, Jeremy Deller, the Turner Prize winner, Rob & Nick Cater, to name a few.
Ceric said at a televised interview last night:
‘I want to thank all those who voted for me and all Debut artists, Debut friends and associates, without whom I would not be here and this award would not have been possible. I dedicate this award to YOU all and your support, success and vision is what inspires me to keep on developing Debut and taking it globally. Thank you.’ “
