We reserve the right to refuse your order or any part of it, and to require further information from you to enable us to evaluate and/or process the order. Should you breach any of these terms and conditions you will indemnify us against any damages or losses resulting there from. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, without giving effect to any principles of conflict of laws.
