Power Vinyasa Yoga with Hannie Lyngved
Power Vinyasa Yoga is an athletic form of dynamic yoga which tones and sculpts the entire body, leaving you feeling energised, calm and happy.
Power Yoga has its roots in Ashtanga and is more modern and playful in its sequencing.
The transitions are flowing, meaning you move from posture to posture, synchronising it with breath.
The classes are open for all levels as there are modifications and more “pretzel like” alternatives to many postures. The most important thing is to start. Power Yoga is for every body and every one. No matter where you begin you will build your practice and step-by-step you will find the transformation.
You will become stronger, more flexible, more relaxed, less tense and develop a greater ability to deal with everyday stress. Power Yoga stretches the physical muscles, but also the emotional muscles, making you more equipped to take on life’s many surprises.
